- HOW TO MAKE PAPER BOATS
To build PAPER BOATS
This is the continuation of the paperfolding lesson sent by David Prat Robles.
See the 1st part of "creating a paper boat "
Raise the pencil-marked part towards the middle folding down the angles A and B towards the edges - Take a look to the discontinuous lines to make the folds correctly.
If it has been carried out correctly it will present the following aspect:
Carry out the previous steps, but this time, for the superior face.
Next, fold the wings A and B towards the other end following a diagonal - look at the picture.
If the previous steps have been carried out just as it was indicated, we
will obtain a star's figure at this time.
The following process consists on bending the star along its diagonal so
that the backs of faces A and B get into contact . Once folded, raise wings
C and D perpendicularly to the discontinuous line of the diagonal.
Fold a wing along the discontinuous line towards the other wing. We can fix them with a small adhesive tape so that they don't drift apart.
A ship magically appears in front of our hands ready to sail seas and rivers!

You can follow the steps to make this paper boat following the process
with this animation.

instead of the playing button when the movie is on) Go on watching the film
by clicking on the same button again (in this case the double vertical lines
will become a single arrow).
To rewind the videotape click on the stop button (squared button).
To see the film step by step, click on one of the two arrows buttons (this
pointing to the right advances film photograms to the right direction ,
the one pointing to the left rewind the photograms).
