When we have already prepared the table, we will have to choose the seat.
This must be comfortable, without entering in exaggerations, such as an armchair or a rocker. If you are wondering about what chair to choose: either fixed or with wheels: Office (those with wheels) provide smaller stability. When you are drawing, you don't have to move as much as a boss or a manager in his office does , therefore those seats should not be recommended. The traditional ones (those with squared legs anchored to the floor) have proved to be more solid. A wide range exists in specialized centers nowadays. And finally you could even choose a stool. This will allow to regulate your height but it does not offers much stability.

It is just question of testing several of them and choosing the one that one finds better.

Footrest

Footrest If we maintain the same postures during several hours, our body will finally feel the effect. A good posture avoids pains and nuisances to take place: put your back straight , rest your arms lightly on the table and your feet on the floor.
We have another option apart from resting the feet on the flat floor. We can use a footrest which will help us to be more comfortable and to maintain a correct posture while we sit down. We should prevent from placing the legs folded on the same seat so as not to force our muscles,
